Caption This! has been a success due to the hard work of OCC’s own Michele Cwiertny It was Michele that sorted through the OCC scrapbook, took digital pictures of the old photos, loaded them onto the computer, optimized them and sent them to me (Jen Apodaca) to put up on the blog. Michele managed to do all this despite her computer having a major break down!
Michele holds a BA in English with a focus on Creative Writing, she is the Co-Editor of the award-winning Orange Blossom Newsletter and a contributor to The Writer’s Vibe. In addition to all this, she takes time away from working on her books to help out with A Slice of Orange!
THANK YOU MICHELE!

Gillian–Thank you. And Louise is awesome, isn’t she? She works so hard for the chapter and makes it look easy. Of course, she is brilliant, so there is that…
Thanks, Kate! 🙂

Great job with all the photos, Michele! (And Jen and Marianne!) It was fun to see lots of familiar faces.
Michele, Thank you so much for all your hard work on behalf of OCC — here and as co-editor with Louise!
Jen and Marianne, a big thanks to you two, as well. Our website is awesome and our Slice Of Orange is the best!!
Aww, gosh, guys! Thank you. It was fun going through all those scrapbook photos, but choosing just a few for A Slice of Orange was certainly difficult. LOL
I can’t take all the credit either: Jen Apodaca and Marianne Donley picked out half the photos for me, but, for some reason, they’re neglecting to mention their roles in this, too. Hmmmm… 😉
I’m glad everyone enjoyed the OCC photos as much as I did!
Thanks again,
Michele
